How to get help

Email hello@sustainifyai.co.uk. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday to Friday, UK time.

To help us resolve an issue quickly, please include:

• The organisation and the building or portfolio the issue relates to.
• The reporting period, where the issue concerns a figure.
• What you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
• The approximate date and time you saw it.

Questioning a reported figure

If a number looks wrong, you do not need to raise a ticket to investigate it. Open the figure in the platform and walk down to the entry behind it: the trace shows the activity data, the conversion factor applied, the version of the factor set, the source the entry arrived from and what the calculation excluded. If the trace does not explain it, send us the entry reference and we will.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email hello@sustainifyai.co.uk with the subject line "Security report". Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will keep you informed while we investigate.

Data protection requests

For access, correction or erasure of personal data we hold about you, write to the same address and say what you are asking for. Lead records are held in a typed collection carrying the source and the consent wording shown at the time, so a request can be answered completely rather than approximately.
