Frameworks

One governed dataset. Every disclosure it has to feed.

One governed dataset, several reporting destinations. What follows is what the platform does for each, stated plainly, including where an output is a submission aid rather than an official result.

Statutory and regulatory

SECR

Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting. A dedicated compliance view and a generated report, with the statutory intensity ratio computed on Scope 1 and 2 as the regulations require, which is deliberately different from the portfolio intensity shown elsewhere.

CSRD

A framework view covering the disclosure structure, drawing on the same governed dataset rather than a parallel data collection exercise.

SFDR

A framework view for the sustainable finance disclosure position, for estates held inside a fund structure with reporting obligations of its own.

Ratings and assessments

EcoVadis

A framework view supporting the assessment, which corporate occupiers increasingly require of their suppliers and landlords.

B Corp

A framework view supporting the impact assessment, drawing on the environmental and social records already held.

GRESB

Reporting output structured for the real estate assessment. This is a submission aid built from your data, not an integration with GRESB and not a scored result.

Building standards

BREEAM

A view over the evidence a BREEAM assessment draws on. Output here supports an assessment carried out by a licensed assessor. It is not an official BREEAM result and must not be presented as one.

WELL

A view over the occupant health and comfort evidence, alongside the air quality and comfort monitoring held in the platform.

Certifications register

The certificates an estate already holds, with dates, so an expiring certification is visible before a tender asks for it.

Knowing where you stand

A compliance readiness view sits across all of them, showing which disclosures your current data can support and which have gaps, before a deadline turns a gap into a problem.

NoteFramework views produce reporting output from your governed data. They support a submission or an assessment; they do not replace an assessor, an assurance provider or a scheme operator, and no output here is an official score.
