The connected estate

Your ESG report is only as good as the data underneath it.

Sustainify AI governs the carbon. But several of the numbers in your disclosure, waste, service delivery and spend, usually come from the contractor being paid to provide them. That is a weak link, and an auditor will find it.

Governed calculations on estimated inputs are still estimates.

You can pin every factor and lock every period, and it will not save a waste tonnage that a contractor guessed, or a service delivery record that exists only in an email. Governance has to reach all the way to the source, or it does not reach far enough.

Four products. One evidence chain.

  • Wastify AI

verifies waste at the point of disposal. Every disposal weighed, classified and attributed to a tenant. Your waste figure stops being a contractor's estimate and becomes a measured record, feeding straight into GRESB and CSRD.

  • Operify AI

runs the contractors delivering the service, with timestamped, location-verified proof of what was done and by whom. Maintenance logs and contractor reports become governed data instead of PDFs.

  • Revify AI

holds the commercial record behind the delivery: what was contracted, what was actually delivered, and what it cost, per site and per period. Spend-based categories stop being a year-end export from finance and become a live line you can trace to an invoice.

  • Sustainify AI

governs all of it. Factor sets pinned, periods locked, lineage traceable from a board-pack figure back to the bin that was weighed and the operative who weighed it.

Disclosure narrative

imp_8841

The same lineage id sits on the bin that was weighed and on the figure in the disclosure. No single-product platform can print that, because it does not own the source.

Source to governed dataset to disclosure, left to right.

That is a chain of evidence no single-product ESG platform can produce, because they do not own the source.

Adopt one, or all four

Each product stands on its own. Sustainify AI governs your carbon whether or not you use the others. But if you want a waste figure that survives assurance, a service-delivery record you can actually evidence, and a spend line that traces to an invoice, the source has to be measured, not reported.
