Acceptable Use Policy

In effect from 11 January 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Sustainify AI platform and website. All users must comply with this policy. Breach may result in immediate account suspension, termination and legal action.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • The Sustainify AI platform at sustainifyai.co.uk
  • All user roles including Org Admin, Building Manager, Data Entry, Tenant, Supplier and Auditor
  • Website visitors, demo users and trial users
  • All data submissions, integrations and API usage

2. Permitted Use

You may use Sustainify AI only for:

  • Carbon accounting, ESG reporting and sustainability management for your organisation or portfolio
  • Submitting accurate emissions, energy, waste and compliance data
  • Generating reports and exports for internal or regulatory purposes
  • Collaborating with tenants, suppliers and auditors within your portfolio
  • Legitimate business purposes consistent with your subscription and role

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure or any other user's data
  • Interfere with platform security, performance or availability
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans or harmful content
  • Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl or extract platform data without prior written permission from Codedevza AI Ltd
  • Share, transfer or sell access credentials to unauthorised individuals
  • Circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms or security features
  • Use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract any underlying code, model or algorithm
  • Resell, sublicence or provide platform access to third parties without written consent
  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate data with intent to deceive
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse or harm any individual or organisation
  • Overload or disrupt platform infrastructure through excessive requests or automated traffic

4. Consequences of Breach

Breach of any acceptable use condition may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of platform access
  • Termination of subscription without refund
  • Legal action including claims for damages
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Codedevza AI Ltd reserves the right to monitor platform use to ensure compliance with this policy. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action including suspension, termination and disclosure to law enforcement.

6. Changes to This Policy

Codedevza AI Ltd may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
